We start trying to understand how the client works today and how they want improve. We put ourselves in the shoes of the users to see how things work on a day to day basis
Breakdown
We look deeply into different internal processes and try to find which areas needs the most focus.
Communicate
We discuss closely together with the client, confirming our findings, sometimes things are done in a certain way for a reason
Report
We create a comprehensive report containing which areas the company should focus on to improve efficiency. We also create a cost/usage analysis for the client
Offer
Client will recieve a final report as well as an offer containing our suggestions for solving the issues, containing a plan for the execution and a budget
